If the starting point is too low for your instrument, you can start in a higher octave and either continue in that octave or jump down an octave later in the exercise. Alternatively, you can transpose with “Transpose audio and notation” selected to an appropriate starting point. Please note that the transposition engine is not intelligent. It may name Ab Major as G# Major or some equivalent, for instance.
